Dental Pods COVID-19 Update

We hope all is well with you and your loved ones. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our clinic. Our infection control process is made so that when you receive care, its’ both safe and comfortable.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the British Dental Association and Public Health England. We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up to date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.

As we return to our business activities, you shall expect changes to your next appointment, which were placed into practice to ensure it help to protect our patients and staff.

We will communicate with our patients beforehand to ask some screening questions, followed by the same questions when you arrive at our clinic.

In addition to providing hand sanitizer in multiple areas in our clinic, we have also removed children’s toys from the waiting room. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we have taken to keep you, and every patient safe in our practice.
