Questions About Our Dental Practice?

Visiting the dentist can be an unwelcome chore but so can having unhealthy gums and teeth. When visiting our practice we are here to make your visit as comfortable as possible. When you first attend an appointment, you will be greeted by our practice administration staff. For new patients, we will give you some forms to fill out and we will discuss your dental history with you. You will then be introduced to one of our dentists. We try to ensure that patients see the same dentist so that you are able to build up a trusting relationship with them and our team.

We see lots of patients who are nervous and anxious about seeing the dentist. Don’t worry, we have created a relaxing and calm environment. Always let us know if you are feeling uncomfortable or anxious.

For information about what you can expect from your visit check out the frequently asked questions below.

We are a private dental practice and are unable to offer NHS treatment.

If the dental care service you are looking for is listed under our “Book Online” page, you can simply pay and book for the service online.

You can pay for your treatment either by Credit / Debit Card or Cash. We are also able to arrange some treatments via our finance packages subject to your eligibility. If you would like to finance your dental treatment please discuss this first with our dental team.

Should you require dental care not listed within our website for immediate pay/booking, please contact us and we will schedule an appointment for you.

After your examination, your dentist will discuss the treatment needed (if any) and also the costs. A treatment plan setting out the treatment options will be provided.

Seeing the dentist regularly can avoid the need for emergency treatment. However, emergencies do occur and may require immediate attention and treatment. We set aside slots each day, including Saturday to accommodate emergencies.

If you are in pain and have a dental emergency then please call us and make an appointment. Our out of hours emergency number is 07938 243320.

We offer a fully accessible site for children, young people, and adults with disabilities. We have suitable wheelchair access and disabled parking facilities are available in close proximity to the practice. We also have toileting facilities which are suitable for all of our patients to access.

We charge a booking fee of £40.00 for all appointments. This is then taken off of any charges made following your appointment. If you are not able to attend your appointment we will require 24 hours’ notice. If this is not provided, the booking fee is retained and will be treated as a missed appointment.  Failure to attend multiple appointments could result in you no longer being offered appointments at the practice.

Have additional questions? Give us a call or click the button to send us your inquiry, and one of our friendly customer support will contact you shortly to discuss your dental care question.
